Experienced Operators. Real Altitude. Proven Execution.
The Sports Office (TSO) is a destination sports and performance operating platform based in Big Bear Lake, California—designed to help teams, camps, event producers, brands, and communities train, compete, and gather at altitude with confidence.

Altitude camps for professional teams, federations, clubs, and youth development programs.

Endurance races, gravity sport events, multi-discipline competitions, and destination showcases.

Weekend and week-long experiences blending training, competition, recovery, and local culture.

uthentic athlete-driven activations, content capture, and brand storytelling in real environments.
The Sports Office is not a single venue or event company. It is an integrated operating system that brings together facilities, natural environments, logistics, permitting, partnerships, and capital to deliver repeatable, high-performance sport and event experiences.
Led by experienced operators across elite sport, large-scale events, media, and destination development, TSO focuses on execution, accountability, and long-term impact.

TSO exists to solve complexity. We integrate physical environments, logistics, permitting, safety, and partnerships into a single operational layer—so teams and producers can focus on performance and experience.
Our work spans elite athletics, endurance sport, youth development, cultural programming, and sports tourism.

Our programs are designed for multi-year return, seasonal repetition, and long-term partnerships—not one-off activations.

TSO is building a repeatable model for high-altitude sport, events, and destination development—starting in Big Bear and designed to expand thoughtfully over time.
Big Bear Lake sits at approximately 6,700 feet in Southern California’s San Bernardino Mountains. It offers rare proximity to major population centers while delivering true altitude and focus.
Big Bear’s elevation supports endurance adaptation, recovery efficiency, and physiological gains without the risks associated with extreme altitude environments.
Winter, spring, summer, and fall programming across snow, dirt, water, and controlled indoor environments.

The High Altitude Training Center provides a controlled indoor environment supporting:

Downhill, BMX, ski, snowboard, and gravity-based training and competition across Big Bear Mountain Resort terrain.

Vertical rock climbing environments supporting strength, technique, and mental performance.

Sailing, rowing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and open-water training on Big Bear Lake.

Distance running, road cycling, mountain biking, endurance training, and ultra-distance events across varied elevation profiles.

Multi-use fields, tracks, tennis courts, and pickleball facilities supporting camps, tournaments, and training blocks.

TSO develops, owns, and operates select sports and cultural platforms to ensure quality, safety, and long-term growth.
